Since July 1988 beer is brewed according to the craftmanship and ancient traditions in our small brewery in Speyer. Strictly according to German brewing principles of pureness and traditional monastery brewing recipes from the year 1516. Where else could beer be fresher and of superior quality than directly at its place of production, tapped under the supervision of the brew-master. Our beer is sold fresh from the storage cellar and contains plenty of natural vitamins, trace elements, enzymes and important proteins. Enjoy the slight cloudiness of our beer.
